'Stay Normal' sets the Sim to change back to normal outfit whenever possible; it is stopped by ordering the same Sim to 'Stop Changing'. This whole object is just for fun, so your Sim changes to normal clothes whileswimming.'Stay Naked' makes one Sim be nude when possible.
