- GEHC warrants that replacement ultrasound probes are free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery and any claim should be submitted in writing within such period.
- When the ultrasound probe is in stock, GEHC will make reasonable efforts to deliver it within a minimum of 2 (two) and maximum of 5 (five) working days. Should the probe not be in stock, the approximate estimated delivery date will be communicated to the Buyer by GEHC upon placement of the order.

0Repliesa year ago | a year agoNot saving images or patients on saved exams I have a 9800 plus c arm that is not saving any images or patients to the saved exams. If a doctor wants an image he immediately has to copy (print) the image and scan to PACS when done. When I press on the Customize button on the workstation and go under the Security tab. There is a Patient Health Information Delete All button. But when I press that none of the studies get errased. I do not know any other ways of deleting the patients or even if this will correct the issue. So help??Reply |
